How to reach an element of your Artistic Media Brush separately
The instructions below don't apply to CorelDRAW X4
You can change fill or outline of one element within the brush without changing the others'.
- Drag the color swatch, and drop it on the element's fill or outline
You can also sample a color and apply it to the element's fill or outline.
- Select the Eyedropper tool.
- Sample the desired color.
- While holding down the Shift key (temporarily switch to the Paintbucket tool), click over the element's fill or outline.
Notes
- If you want to apply a sampled color to the whole brush, check the link under See Also.
- Instead of sampling a color, you can sample object properties and magically apply them to the brush's elements. But this is not recommended; because CorelDRAW may behave unexpectedly. Test it and use it at your own risk.
