How to duplicate a page and maintain its layer structure
There is a hidden Duplicate Page function in CorelDRAW 11, 12 and X3:
- Click View > Page Sorter View

- While holding down Ctrl key, drag the page and drop a duplicate where you want
You can select more than one page with Ctrl or Shift keys before duplicating.

If you have a CorelDRAW version older than 11, please tell us if this applies to it. (feedback link at the bottom, thank you)
CorelDRAW X4
In CorelDRAW X4, you can easily find the function under
- Layout menu
- Context menu of the page tab in the Document Navigator (lower left corner of the application window)
- Context menu of the page in the Page Sorter View
- Context menu of the page in the Object Manager
When you duplicate a page, you can choose to only copy the layer structure of the page or you can copy the layers and all the objects they contain.
